Mick Schumacher left Ferrari and moved to Mercedes

The Ferrari Formula 1 team announced that it was decided not to extend the contract with pilot Mick Schumacher, who has been at the Scuderia Academy in recent seasons.

At the same time, the Mercedes team announced that it had signed a contract with Schumacher for the 2023 season. Mick will be the reserve driver of Mercedes.

The son of the legendary Mick Schumacher spent the last two seasons in the Haas team, but failed to impress in F-1. Haas replaced Schumacher with Nico Hulkenberg at the end of the 2022 championship.
