Lewis had always wanted to try his hand at being a boss. In April, the rider revealed his intention to buy Chelsea, but could not outbid Bowley's crazy sum

But it worked out in American soccer. Hamilton recently bought some stock in the Denver Broncos for $4.65 billion

And Lewis's partner was Walmart founder Rob Walton. The billionaire has already welcomed the champion on social media:

"He knows exactly what it takes to lead a winning team. Lewis is a fierce advocate for global equality, including in his sport."

Championships are in this guy's blood.
