The members of the group Dernière Rénovation interrupted the tenth stage of the cycling multiday. They argue that the planet will soon face irreversible climate change, so they advocate an end to harmful industrial emissions.

Recently, one of the group's activists interrupted a match at Roland Garros by chaining herself to the net. And now the movement has affected the Tour de France.

Ten people sat on the tarmac, glued themselves down, and lit smoke bombs. They were obstructing the passage of cyclists, and their T-shirts had "We have 989 days left."
