Michael has always dreamed of participating in the most prestigious Le Mans race. The actor is a big fan of F-1 and Ferrari. He drove their retro car, took part in Ferrari Challenge races and other series. But the challenges of the 24 Hours of Le Mans level in his career was not yet.

But dreams do come true - and this weekend, Fassbender himself chopped in the legendary race. Michael showed up for the 90th 24 Hours of Le Mans - in a Porsche 911 in a team with Australian Matt Campbell and Canadian Zachary Robichon.

At the end of the eighth hour, the actor had an accident - in one of the corners collided with a Ferrari 488 Vincennes Abril. Both cars were damaged, but made it to the boxes and some time later returned to the track. And the judges found Fassbender's rival guilty.

As a result, Magneto and his team finished 51st out of 61, 51 laps behind. But all that mattered was the debut and the experience.
