Meanwhile, Vlado Jankanj, displaying remarkable grit, faced Ben Weintraub in the qualifying round of singles but faced defeat in his first collegiate outing.

D’Agostino didn’t stand alone; alongside fellow freshman Pietro Pampanin, they took to the court in the doubles main draw. Displaying excellent teamwork, they pushed opponents Keaton Hance and Keegan Smith to their limits, though victory narrowly slipped from their grasp.
