Modric's secret. Luka is 37 years old, but he's still a machine. How?
The Croatian admitted that he was already tortured by this question. So he finally answered it.
In short: "I live for soccer and for him 24 hours a day. I think this is very important. I enjoy my profession more than ever because I know I'm at a difficult age for a soccer player."
And here's what it looks like in practice. Luca's one day at work:
Arrives at practice 1 hour and 15 minutes before kickoff
Eats breakfast at the base
Warms up in the weight room.
Goes to practice.
Works out with physical therapist.
Picks up kids from school.
Spends time with family.
"It's a little boring, isn't it?" - Modrić humble.
