Based on the famed NCAA March Madness, this five-on-five friendly competition has become an integral part of Carlmont’s culture, transforming everyday lunchtimes into memorable moments.

As Bear Ryan, a Carlmont senior and member of the team Real Player Nation, aptly put it, “The tournament brings the Carlmont community together by allowing for a little friendly competition and a generally enjoyable experience for big groups of people.”

Since its inception in 2017, Carlmont’s Mini Madness has been more than a tournament; it’s a celebration of teamwork and school spirit. Around 60 students have joined forces this year, crafting teams with friends or partnering with peers in new groups.
