Irving suspended for 5 games for promoting anti-Semitic movie
Kyrie recently posted a tweet referring to the movie "From Jews to Blacks: Wake Up Black America." There are a lot of anti-Semitic clichés in it. For example, the film says that many "high-ranking Jews confessed to worshiping Satan or Lucifer." Irving's cancellation immediately went viral in the United States. Here's the whole story
"Brooklyn released a statement condemning Kyrie. Although he had a chance to explain himself to reporters, he did not deny that he had anti-Semitic beliefs, nor did he admit that the film promoted hatred of Jews.
"We have decided that Kyrie will be suspended with pay until he takes a series of actions that would correct the harm he has caused. This suspension will last for at least five games."
