Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay and Chile want to host the 2030 World Cup together. Four countries at once have teamed up for a major soccer celebration. If their bid is accepted, it will be unprecedented - four countries have never hosted the World Cup at the same time.

The idea was born back in 2017, when Argentina and Uruguay agreed on a joint bid. And in 2019 they were already joined by Chile and Paraguay.

This is a very important tournament for South America. It will be a jubilee - it was 100 years ago that the debut World Cup took place. The tournament was hosted by Uruguay, which became the first ever World Cup champion.

But Spain and Portugal also claim to host the tournament
