Exciting Line-Up: UTSA Men's Tennis 2025 Fall Schedule Unveiled!
A New Season, A New Challenge
SAN ANTONIO – The anticipation is palpable as UTSA men’s tennis head coach Sasha Gozun proudly revealed the comprehensive 2025 fall schedule. The Roadrunners will embark on a series of exhilarating tournaments, including 11 prestigious events across the United States. With each match, the Roadrunners aim to shine on and off the court.
A Thrilling Start in Baylor
The Roadrunners will set their journey in motion at Baylor’s Waco Fall Kickoff Classic, from September 12-14. Alongside this, they’ll debut at the Islander Open in Corpus Christi on the same dates. These early matches promise to set the tone for the intense season ahead.
National Showdowns Set the Stage
The weeks that follow will see UTSA competing vigorously at the ITA Men’s All-American Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma, between September 20-28. Soon after, they will head east to North Carolina’s M15 Winston Salem Futures on September 29. Each venue offers its unique challenges and opportunities for the players to test their mettle against formidable opponents.
October’s Rush of Matches
The beginning of October will usher in the U.S. College Cup Invitational from October 3-5. Mid-month, UTSA will battle at the ITA Texas Regionals in College Station from October 15-19. The month will culminate with the American Conference Individual Championships in Tulsa on October 23-25, offering the team numerous opportunities to refine their strategies and showcase skills.
Sprints to the Finish Line
As the season progresses, the excitement intensifies. The Roadrunners brace for the M25 Harlingen Futures on October 27 and DC’s SMU Ralston/Neufeld Coaches Challenge from October 30 through November 2. With each successive game, the momentum builds, driving the players toward excellence.
November: A Grand Closure
The season’s finale promises nail-biting encounters as UTSA participates in the ITA Sectionals scheduled for November 6-9 in Michigan, and eventually the M25 Austin Futures on November 17. Each of these prestigious events encapsulates not just the spirit but the prowess of UTSA tennis.
